ICE (In Case of Emergency) is a global mobile phone solution specifically designed to help in this type of scenario by pre-assigning a speed dial to a particular place or person.

Spartan Security and Consultancy have incorporated this simple but brilliant system into our Alarm Response Service.

In the event on an emergency you simply activate a predefined speed dial on your mobile phone. This then dials the phone directly to the Spartan Security and Consultancy Services National Control Center and onto our Control Room Software. NCC staff then dispatch a dedicated response team to your residence and call you or a series of prearranged numbers in order to assist with your emergency.
